Refund and Cancellation Policy

All services are billed monthly in advance.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel future renewals at any time. The service will remain active until the end of the already-paid billing period.

Refunds

Monthly service payments and add-on charges are non-refundable once the service has been activated, except in cases of duplicate billing or billing errors.
