Terms of Service

By purchasing or using services from Xuamen Cloud Services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Xuamen Cloud Services provides cloud-based server services and related add-ons on a recurring monthly basis.

2. Activation

Services are activated after the customer selects a plan and payment is successfully processed.

3. Billing

All services are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise specified.

4. Payment failure

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, the customer will receive an email notification and will have up to 5 days to resolve the issue before the service may be suspended or terminated.

5. Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for the setup, administration, and lawful use of their services.

6. Acceptable use

Customers may not use Xuamen Cloud Services for abusive, harmful, fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.

7. Suspension and termination

Xuamen Cloud Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if misuse, abuse, or prohibited activity is detected.

8. Data and backups

Customers are responsible for their own data and application management. Backup availability and infrastructure-level protections may vary by service and platform conditions. Customers should maintain their own backup strategy where required.

9. Service availability

While Xuamen Cloud Services aims to provide stable and reliable service, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

10. Changes

Xuamen Cloud Services may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
